Good
Spacious and comfortable room with a great view. The staff we're good.
The food was average. The pool was average. And generally the hotel needed cleaning, especially the windows. The kids play room was poor, with hardly any toys (all broken), and a sad broken slide and the tv didn't work. Numerous other minor imperfections. We expected more for the price compared to other cheaper hotels. And be aware the Marvell City Mall it is a part of is almost empty of shops as of Dec 23.

Room is clean, Good Breakfast and Friendly and Helpful Staff. Overall this Hotel customer Orientation is very good. Well stay. Come back again.
